Rustic Overnight Options
Tent camping is available and RV spaces are limited. The ranch does not provide cabins, hotel rooms, or other conventional accommodations.
A Working Ranch, Ready for Guests
The property includes a large grass area and pavilion, guest restrooms and showers, parking areas, ponds, and the Sevier River. Some recreation and support features are available only by arrangement and may require event-specific supervision, safety plans, waivers, or outside vendors.
The ranch is approximately two miles north of Hatch, Utah, near mile marker 119 on US Highway 89. Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon are close by, and lodging and supplies are available in Hatch and Panguitch.
Every event is different. Call before making assumptions about access, amenities, camping, power, food service, water activities, livestock areas, or site logistics.
